- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been completed.

3. Shipping Fees
- Free shipping on U.S. orders over $49.
- A flat $5.99 shipping fee applies to orders below $49.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.
- SnuggyHome is not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs clearance.
6. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the package may be returned to us or lost. In such cases, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@snuggyhome.com.
- We will assist in locating the shipment and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- Some products may not be available for shipping to certain countries or regions due to legal, regulatory, or logistical restrictions.
- If we cannot ship to your destination, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
