At Snuggyhome, we’re confident you’ll love what you ordered. But if something isn't quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or confirmation email)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale, clearance, or gift items
  • Used or damaged items not due to our fault
  • Custom or personalized items

💸 Return Process

  1. Email us at support@snuggyhome.com with your order number and issue description.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is damaged or incorrect.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

🚚 Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and order details. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
