At Snuggyhome, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping and returns.
📦 SHIPPING
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During high volume periods (e.g. holidays), there may be a slight delay.
Shipping Time:
We offer standard tracked shipping to the U.S. and most international countries.
- U.S. Orders: 7–12 business days
- Canada/UK/AU: 10–15 business days
- Other Countries: 10–20 business days
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping is free on orders over $49. For orders below, a flat shipping rate of $5.99 applies (U.S. only).
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase—but if you don’t, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligible Returns:
- Must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number)
❌ Non-returnable items:
- Used or damaged items
- Clearance / final sale items
- Personal care or hygienic items (e.g., cleaning cloths, pads)
💸 Who covers return shipping?
- If the return is due to a defect or shipping error, we’ll cover it.
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
💰 Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll get a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
📦 Exchanges:
Need a different item? Contact us at support@snuggyhome.com, and we’ll help arrange an exchange or suggest the best option.
📸 Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
